As sad as it is to say, if you are not advocating for yourself or have someone doing it for you, there is a good chance you will run into broken equipment, staff that is not trained to use said equipment, last-minute snags in your handicap accessible accommodation, etc. We have been there, and we want to ensure that you never have to experience those hardships when you should be enjoying every minute of your vacation.

Yes, Roll With It Travel Co. offers group travel packages for families, friends, and corporate groups. Our group packages are customizable and can include activities and accommodations suitable for all group members.

The cancellation policy for Roll With It Travel Co. travel packages varies depending on the package selected and the time of cancellation. Our travel experts will provide you with the specific cancellation policy for your package at the time of booking.

As an accessible Travel Agency, we ensure that we take every available training opportunity to stay up to date on accessible travel, including drawing from our own experiences. This includes all types of disabilities as well as food allergies. 

We will always be advocating for you, making sure you have the best accommodations for your needs and that all accessible features are in functioning order (like that pool chair lift). 

We can arrange for a wide range of services, including mobility aides, oxygen, lift chairs, ASL interpreters, accommodations for allergies, autism resources, and more. Any accommodation you need, we will ensure you receive it.

We make it our personal mission to have outstanding relationships with our point of contact for every supplier. This ensures that any issues that may arise will be promptly addressed.

We charge a small consultation fee of $25, which includes a one-on-one consultation to discuss your vision for your vacation. This allows us to research and create a few trip proposals and itineraries, enabling us to plan the perfect trip for you. During our consultation, we will also address any accessibility needs you or your party members may have.

 This is the only fee you will ever owe us as an agency. Fun fact: Travel Agents get paid a percentage of commission directly from the company we book your vacation with; none of these costs are passed on to you. In addition to worry-free planning, you'll also receive insider tips and travel perks. Our team constantly checks on reservations to ensure we fulfill your dream itinerary!

That being said, there may be situations where a larger planning fee is charged; an example of this circumstance would be if you are traveling with a large group or on corporate travel. We spend a considerable amount of time and effort developing the best proposals for you. We promise, it will be worth it!
